Being I do get to spend alot of time walking through V.V., as I do the cleanup , I get to notice alot of things wrong. This past Sunday, garbage was put out at three different locations in the early morning. Did any of the ACC members try to determine who it was that put the garbage out ? Today is Friday at five P.M. now, and I walked through today and there are still garbage cans out from Tuesday. When I was on the ACC I had this pretty well under control, now it doesn't seem to matter. Five ACC members and not one can be bothered to keep this under control ? As I do the cleanup I write down things that I see are wrong and give them to a member of the ACC. I wrote a vehicle up that has an expired temp, two weeks ago, and this vehicle is still parked in V.V. with no plates at #3526. There is also a vehicle, a white dodge stratus by #3364, that has no plates at all. There are vehicles parked here that do not move, and this is very obvious, but we seem to be afraid to do anything about it. The commercial vehicle situation is way out of control, these people are operating out of their home and using extra parking spots for their work vehicles, which is against the rules and regs, and makes parking for owners more difficult than it already is. Is ANYONE going to step up to the plate and try to correct any of this or is it just going to get worse? I know I am no longer on the ACC but I still live here and do give a dam about V.V. and the way it looks, and with five members on the ACC I would think alot of this could be corrected. I had people also complain about the cars with their music blasting in here at night and in the day. Maybe something could be put in the newsletter asking them to have their radios turned down when entering the property and ask their friends to do the same. Please include this in the packet for the HOA board. Thanks for any consideration....
