A Prelude to March 12, 2012 Ltr. to Board that follows.......

We've read in recent weeks the silent "screams" of those who want to
see the entire board swept away in a passion of anger. Not
reasonable, not practical for reasons I responded to at length in
the....."We Were Wondering"...segment. Well, now you have your
chance, an opportunity to try and remove at least 2 directors.
What follows is my letter to the board IN ITS ENTIRETYdetailing why 2
of them need to GO!
I've opened the door......now Who will get up and walk through it?!
Who will put their "John Hancock" on the line in a letter, e-mail or
phone call to Z&R identifying yourself and demanding that the
president and the vice-president of the board RESIGN.
I deal in specifics, folks, not going off scattershot, and is why am
putting on my letter to follow.
Either you want change.....or you don't! And change will NOT occur
while this board remains intact and goes on "busi-mess" as usual.
It's one thing to remain anonymous and blow off steam in this forum.
That's fine as far as it goes........BUT it doesn't go far enough in
this instance.
Letter is lengthy........so what? If you care about the future of
V.V., read it and ACT!!
