8 Weeks of Silence!!

Hello Owners.......

It has been over 8 weeks since the court ruled on 12/20/11 denying the
association (board's) petition for court ratification of the revised
Declaration and nothing official yet from the board notifying owners
of that ruling and providing some explanation of what happened. The
holidays?......okay. Then their decision on whether or not they would
commence another attempt in....'a reasonable amount of time'....(that
judge said in ruling would leave open to both sides)......a decision
they made January 17th, a month ago!....not okay.
Those who read this forum were informed quickly.......but what about
the rest out there? Will "notification" be a small blurb in the
upcoming newsletter?? If so, doesn't cut it for such a significant
legal process that went awry in more ways than one and cost us a
bundle.

So what have they been waiting for? The judge's ruling on my fees??
The court has set a date of March 30th for a further hearing requested
by the board to try and deny my fees.
More costs for both sides. Sad.
