neck weights - have one/want one?

hey everyone,
I some lead shot to make a up some neck weights. I'm not sure what size neck weight I need though. If you have one, I'd love to be able to test it next week.
I got a container of 10kg, so heaps to go around if you want one too. :)

The one I have is 4 lbs. Scott has a few in different weights.

Yes I've tried a few sized weights but 4 lb seems to be best for me too. I'd start there, its easy to make them smaller if its too heavy (not so easy to make them bigger)

Sdnei, not for me today (i did some fartlek training at lunch time -- not freediving but running), i am exhausted!
Tim: good luck with your lead neck making. I have everything to make one too, just need to take the time. I was thinking about a 1.5 kg for me.
