Has anyone beaten their personal best?

3:30, which is a tie with my PB from a long time ago (back at Richmond pool)

! Well done.
Did you feel it was any easier to do that the "right" way?
Although I think it's very personal. I, for example, don't like when anyone talks to me during the static (as Sdnei does :-). It distracts me.

Yes focusing on relaxing groups of muscles made a big difference to the overall comfort of the static for me, I did I think 2:45 as a warm up beforehand and it felt like 1:30.

Well done Scott and Tim! Great static session yesterday, considering that the conditions were not that great because of the cold  and deep pool.

Next static session we'll do it in the indoor spa pool which is much warmer and swallower.
Regards,
