Yesterday, we were talking with Tim about the dolphin swimming and I found an old email from my previous freediving club that contains few links to interesting videos, including a video of somebody swimming with monofins (I was expecting some technique details, but there's none)

Pour tous ceux d'entre vous, non titulaires d'un niveau 2 d'apnée qui viennent ou qui  souhaitent venir à nos séances d'apnée de Villeneuve la Garenne, il nous faut être en conformité avec la réglementation d 'Aqua 92 et valider vos niveaux 1 puis 2 d'apnée  .

Voici des documents pour vous préparer aux épreuves.
Pour ceux qui  sont déjà titulaires d'un niveau 2 ce peut être une occasion de se remettre au parfum.

Hey thanks for finding the email. Some interesting videos there. I found it really to watch blackouts (so many at one competition!!) but the dolphins and manatees blowing bubbles were amazing.

I found this monofin tutorial http://apnea.cz/monofin.html?swf=1 but I couldn't get it to play. Does it work for you? .. and it's probably in Czech.. Sergey?? :p
