Dear 2011 River Crossing Holiday Victorian Ball attendees and future attendees,
We had a delightful stay and a very successful ball at the Crags Lodge in Estes Park Saturday night!
Please mark your calendars for next year’s Ball –
Saturday, November 17, 2012.
Tickets will go on sale in late July or early August, as usual. No reservations will be accepted before then.
However, the Crags Lodge is ready to book your rooms for next year’s Ball!
In the past, the Lodge has sold out every year for our event, and I know many of you wish to get in the door.
They have a limited number of rooms available, so I encourage you to not delay.
Please follow the directions below if you wish to reserve one of these rooms.
CRAGS LODGE BOOKING INFORMATION
For the 2012 River Crossing Holiday Victorian Ball
All Reservations are done through Corporate Headquarters. You CANNOT book directly through the Crags Lodge. However, Corporate has agreed to once again give us discounted pricing for the night of the Ball. We are pleased to be able to work with this organization to keep our Ball at this historic venue. Room rates will start at $70. Here’s how to reserve your room at the Crags Lodge:
1) Please call right away! Only 19 rooms are available. Call Ethan Moskito at 702-823-7048 and leave him a message, and/or email him at ethan....@diamondresorts.com. You may not hear back from him until after Thanksgiving, so don’t fret. : ) (You can also try their main Reservation Line at 1-800-438-2929, but don’t be surprised if you have to wait on hold a long time, since they are very busy during the holiday season. If you do, be sure to mention our reservation code listed in the next point.)
2) Mention code: #13484104 to get our discounted rates.
3) They will book a room for you at our discounted rate, although they may not be able to promise you which specific room you will get (for example, if you wish to book a suite, they will quote you the suite price and book one for you, but cannot say which exact room number it will be).
4) Cancellation policy: reservations must be cancelled 30-day prior to arrival to avoid 1 night+tax charge.
5) Since they’re giving us the rooms at a 50% discount, they will charge 1 night+tax at the time of booking.
