2013 VICTORIAN DANCE CRUISE INFORMATION
Discounts:
Early bird discount of $25.00 per person applied to all reservations made by December 10, 2011. Each cruiser paying by check will receive a $50.00 discount on their final payment. This is a savings of $75.00 per person if reservation is made by check by December 10, 2011, and final payment is also made by check. See attached Cruise Registration Form.
Deposit and Payments:
Deposit of $350.00 per person required to reserve your place on the cruise. Payment accepted by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Final payment not due until November 1, 2012. All deposits are fully refundable until November 1, 2012. Please fill out and return attached Cruise Registration Form.
Pricing:
$1195.00 for an Inside Stateroom, $1295.00 for Ocean View, and $1395.00 for a Balcony Stateroom (per person, based on double occupancy). Stateroom upgrades available upon request. Price includes the full 7-day cruise, meals onboard, all port charges, taxes and fees, gratuities, and all Victorian events.

Pre-Cruise Hotel Package:
As in past years, a pre-cruise Hotel package is being offered for an additional cost at the beautiful and historic Hotel Galvez in Galveston, Texas, for the day before the cruise, on Saturday, January 19, 2013. The cost is $125.00 per person. What you get:
· An evening in a beautiful, deluxe historic hotel
· A delicious and generous buffet breakfast
· Peace of mind from the weather by arriving a day early
· Meet and Greet gathering with fellow cruisers on Saturday night
· Free shuttle service to the port the next morning
· Free covered parking for vehicles for the duration of the cruise (you only pay for the first night)
· A place to ship costumes ahead of time if desired
· It’s like a party before the party!

Cost of Cruise:
The cost charged by River Crossing Inc. includes the full 7-day Royal Caribbean cruise, all port charges, taxes and fees, pre-paid gratuities, three onboard meals a day (plus other great food available 24/7), and all costs involved in conducting three Balls while on board, including but not limited to the cost of advertising, hall rental, technical support, Victorian band, dance instruction, and organizational details.
Individual Expenses:
The price of the Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, nonalcoholic beverages and most entertainment onboard the ship. The Cruise price does not include air transportation; transfers; optional shore and land excursions; meals and accommodations ashore; certain beverages; photographs; telephone calls; specialty restaurants onboard certain vessels; purchase from the ship stores or items of a personal nature, such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments, hairstyling or manicures. Some of these items may be purchased separately.
Air/ground transportation:
Not available through River Crossing Inc. However, Royal Caribbean is happy to book your flights for you, and if they do, if a weather delay forces you to miss the departure of the ship, they will cover the cost of your hotel and flight to the first port (Cozumel) on Tuesday. For more information, contact Royal Caribbean at 1-800-465-3595, 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday – Saturday, and ask for Shannon at ext. 13417, and mention “Choice Air.” Reference our group number of 380-8777.
Suggestions for shuttle service to/from the airport can be provided upon request.
Optional Cruise Protection Insurance:
Obtain your own, or obtain through Royal Caribbean for a reasonable additional fee. Information will be provided by November 1, 2012, at which time you can decide and purchase if desired.
