Once again, we're meeting at Board With Friends which has worked out pretty well so far. I'll have my Japanese Mahjong set there in case we can get 4 together for a game of Riichi; otherwise I'm looking forward to playing lots of Hong Kong style or Sichuan Bloody style if people are interested.

As usual, If you're a beginner player, please watch this video to familiarize yourself with the basics as it helps to know the basic flow of the game ahead of time.

Here's a great video on HK style scoring that explains scoring. This is pretty similar across all styles of Mahjong so it's definitely worth watching.

Finally, I'm gonna recommend checking out my collection of Cheat Sheets in the Files area of the FB Group. Always good to know your numbers and winds in Chinese. I've also put up the Sichuan Bloody style and Riichi cheat sheets that I recommend, if you're interested. If you don't have access to Facebook, email me and I'll send any materials along.
