This is a place where seasoned machinists and the novices (like myself) can share their knowledge, ask questions or simply be inspired ..

Post away with your questions and answers or your projects photos etc.

ps: wow, there are more machinists in this area than I anticipated .. so for the people wanting to sign up, please be aware that this group has very little content at this point and is by no means supposed to replace a e.g. practicalmachinist forum but maybe over time we can build up a bit of a community .. it doesn't matter if you're from Victoria directly or not but it would be nice if you participated in creating a bit of content . .maybe by introducing yourself like some of us have done .. no pressure, but it would be welcome ;)

pps: we're all learning about how google groups works .. it's ... different .. at any rate, if we want to somewhat keep the topics organized under a common heading make sure you "reply" to an existing post rather than start your own new topic (aka. Introductions .. just reply to my original post) ..
