Introduction & Seeking Assistance

Salutations everyone! 

First off introductions, I'm Dylan, very much a novice hobbiest when it comes to machining. 

I've spent about 15hrs on my machine and thanks to the likes of Abom on YouTube I've learned enough to do the basics. 

For equipment I've got 10x36 ish sized machine, 2HP.  

Now where I need assistance, 

-Grinding of a number of turning tools, I'm not setup to do this and unable to at the moment(time and space restrictions), my tuning needs are acetal and aluminum. 

-Milling down Armstrong tool holders to fit my toolpost(this will let me easily use my hoard of small toolbits) 

-milling out shallow pockets in some acetal parts, super simple just not doable with my current tools.

Im more then happy to compensate someone for their time helping me, it would be massively helpful.
