Corrupt judiciary protecting fraud company

I am suffering from corrupt judiciary since 2011. I filed complaint against Idea Cellular Ltd. Matter is related with a megafraud from telecom sector. I approached most of the higher authorities from India but till date no any positive response I found. Currently matter is pending with honorable president of india.
