Unable to play videos after log in

I was given this player and I was able to log in with the username and password provided. However, I am not able to play it. The controls are greyed out. I tried to download a more updated version of the player but it didn't work. Any suggestions? I tried 2 different operating systems here in my lab. See screenshot.
