Lens fogging on Sentinel camera

I tried the recommended solution posted on Vicon's support/zendesk. Any additional suggestions?

OID set to 60, no change in fogging/condensation. Camera had been in place and untouched for 12 months prior to lens fogging.

Any suggestions on where the seal may have weakened?
