Hi,

Please find the details of the 4-Channel DVR purchased from Vicon.

Model : VDR-404-500

Prod Code : 9199

Origin/Pow : ROK 230V/AC

Ser.NO: 20091014100008

Unfortunately Admin password for the unit is lost, request you to provide any reset procedure or reset password to recovery the administrator user.
