Anyone know how to correct issue where a Fixed Bullet Cam shows up as a PTZ Camera on Vicon.. I have customers who continually call saying their camera wont PTZ but its not a PTZ its a Fixed camera but Vicon identifies it as a PTZ unit...How do I fix this???

Can you tell us which Vicon VMS is this, ViconNet or Valerus?
