valerus cameras say connecting through browser

I have 2 pcs everything is set up right you can log in and when you go to pull the cameras up it just says connecting but the feeds never come up no matter what I do. Any suggestions? i'm using IE and Chrome and same thing on both.

Check you firewall, video streaming uses port 554 normally

I did, i turned the firewall off to make sure that wasn't the issue. it was working and just stopped. I can get them through chrome with the plug in but they can't go back and view earlier feed.
