Our security personnel using the web viewer will get a "failure to connect to video server" about every other day.
When checking on the server we always see: "Vicon application detected an issues that required it to be restart in order to ensure proper system operation Click Cancel to exit to OS."
There is also video stream loss across various cameras throughout the day.
We were unable to find any major issues on the Windows side, next plan was to reinstall ViconNet and go from there.
Anyone else experience this issue or have some advice?
