Would love to have some more information on sub stats for the toppings! As well as what toppings are good for the type of content. Example, like swift for pvp and almond for pve. This guide already helps tremendously, but a little more information for each cookie would make it even better imo!
Idk abt full teams, but id definitely suggest using black raisin and vampire cookie. They do high damage, plus vampire cookie (if you build them right) could one shot healing cookies, while being paired up with sea fairy and black raisin could easily weaken a team.

I would suggest having one person doing atk from the back (like latte or espresso), someone doing a spread out dmg, (moon rabbit, squid ink, mala, twizzly gummy, etc) someone to get a lot of dmg up front and expose their mid, (sorbet, anyone who does upfront dmg) and then a healer, I would highly suggest Pure vanilla, and having moon rabbit will be like an extra healer. And then for the last spot you can add someone who can tank a lot of dmg like Milk cookie, or you could go with someone that focuses their damage on one person (raspberry) OR you could go with another up front person like Red velvet
