The successful candidate is responsible accountable for providing high-
quality, timely, efficient and effective contracting and contract
management services to support the Department of National Defence
(DND) and the Canadian Forces (CF) in the long-term development and
management of DND’s interest in accordance with DCC’s mandate. In
addition, the Contract Coordinator will be responsible for all
administrative activities and duties relating to the management of
construction contracts and design-build projects. The successful
candidate is assigned to a project or projects that are large and
highly complex in scope (either from a cost or client management
perspective) and with high significant impact and risks from both DCC
and DND’s perspective.
Le ou la titulaire a la responsabilité de fournir des services de
passation et de gestion de marchés de grande qualité, efficaces,
efficients et respectueux des délais à l’appui du ministère de la
Défense nationale (MDN) et des Forces canadiennes (FC) dans le
développement et la gestion à long terme de l’intérêt du MDN,
conformément au mandat de CDC. Il ou elle assume la responsabilité de
toutes les activités et tâches administratives liées à la gestion de
marchés de construction. Le ou la titulaire est affecté à un ou
plusieurs projets de grande envergure et de portée complexe (en termes
de coût ou de gestion du client) comportant des effets et des risques
très importants tant pour CDC que pour le MDN.
