please consider participating in the event listed below.

International Education Week is an annual initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, http://iew.state.gov/, to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the U.S. International Education Week 2010 will be celebrated at Vanderbilt November 11th to 18th, 2010

• On Thursday, November 18, • 6:30–8 p.m.,  Commons Center in collaboration with ISSS is hosting and facilitating Common Denominators event.

Common Denominators
How are we all similar? How are we different? A panel of international students will discuss expectations, realities, challenges and a little bit about themselves. Attendees will then break into small groups to learn more from each other.
A question and answer period will follow.
Desserts will be served.

Everybody is welcome!
