HUB Workshop: Learning with a difference

Date: Saturday 18th December 2010

Time: 3:00 - 5:00 PM

 

Bombay HUB brings you an interactive workshop that will talk about and demonstrate low cost content and activity based learning methods to make science and math’s learning fun and rewarding. These group based learning approaches are highly interactive, involve children in a dialogue and use various analogies to help understand the basic concepts. Hands on activities, experiments, and demos will support this discussion. The learning is therefore inferred and not imposed, resulting in a more rewarding and long lived experience.

 

This workshop is aimed at teachers, volunteers who teach, NGOs doing activities with children, schools, anyone enthusiastic about science & mathematics, or those who found it hard to survive those classes in school.
