Streaming the audio input (mic) of my PC?

Hi, I am new to this software. I am looking for an audio streamer that can stream the audio input of my pc. The only software I know is from NCH and is quite expensive. Is there a possibility to use Vibe Streamer for this purpose? All I found until now is that it streams audio files.
