Dear Mr Chandrasekar ,
We would like to invite your final Year students to join our organization as Management Trainee / Relationship Manager – Financial Advisory. They would be taken through a product training and Knowledge sharing on Stock Market & Investing products.
On successful completion of the training program (post 6months) based on their performance we would re – designate them as Senior Relationship Manager with a min salary of Rs 1.8Lac – 2.5 Lac + Mobile & Incentives. They will be joining us by Mid April
During the training period they would be trained into Client Acquisition, Research, Stocks, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Commodities, Currency’s etc.
On Completion of 12months they would re-designated as Assistant Manager and would be handling a team under them.
During the training period they would be receiving a ctc 1.2lac p.a. designated as Relationship manager
They would be required to go through various training program for a span of 2weeks along with various business development initiatives followed by on the job training with reference financial & relationship Advisory.
