The company seeks ambitious, enterprising fresh graduates for various roles in its expanding Customer Acquisition department.
All fresh recruits will start with a common probation / management trainee period.
Intense orientation and on the job training is part of the induction process before KRA’s are agreed upon and set.
Selection Process will consist of a written test , two rounds of interviews, evaluation of past achievements and reference checks.
The final round of interview for the selected candidates will be held in our Chennai office.
Business Development Executive – (Inside Sales/In-house Marketing)
For goal oriented, target conscious, self-confident, disciplined and persistent people with a gift of persuasion and customer orientation.
No Travel Required.
Online & Digital Marketing –
For analytical, systematic, marketing communication oriented people with a penchant for search engine and social media marketing. Strong sense of copywriting, design, visual communication skills, webpage development, blogging, video production & editing, webinar presentations, digital collaterals and online deployment.
Requirements : 60% or 6.0CGPA and above with no standing arrears.
Location : Chennai. Some roles will require travelling.
CTC : Ranges from Rs. 4.2L/Annum to Rs. 6.0L/Annum.
Exact CTC will depend on performance in selection process and relevant past experience.
CTC included performance based variable pay component.
Career progress includes roles in People & Performance Management, Team Leadership, Process Management, Project Management, Account Management, Marketing Management & Product Management.
Knowledge of multiple cultures and languages is an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Presentation skills are an added advantage.
