Recruitment & Selection Procedure     Criteria for selection of Sales Executive Trainee :  MBA – Fresher with a specialization of Marketing and Sales      Skill sets: Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Excellent decision making and analytical skills Good team player Initiative Entry Level selection procedure :  The candidate will go through Group Discussion / Extempore Panel interview  - Functional and a HR interview.
