If you're tired of queuing up at RTA stations to recharge your Nol Chip or forgetting to make a payment towards recharging it, Emirates Islamic RTA Credit Card has got you covered. With the Auto top-up facility, your Nol Chip linked to the Card will be recharged with the specified amount every time it reduces to a threshold of AED 20 for the Platinum Card.
To activate the Auto top-up facility, simply apply for it at the time of application or call the customer service helpline on 600 599 995 if you wish to enable it later. Please note that a new Card will be issued, and a replacement fee will be applicable as per the Schedule of Charges.
Choose from any of the three Auto top-up plans - AED 50, AED 100, or AED 200 - at the time of application. The Auto top-up option will take the payment from your Credit Card so it will utilize your credit limit, and all Auto top-ups will be included in your monthly Credit Card statement.
If you wish to cancel the Auto top-up facility, you may call the customer service helpline on 600 599 995 or visit any of the RTA ticket offices at Metro Stations. Your Card will be replaced with a new Card, and a replacement fee will be applicable as stated in the Emirates Islamic Service and Price Guide.

Cheque Payments:
Deposit your cheque through the Drop Box available at all designated branches. Make sure to write your name and credit card number on the back of the cheque. Please note that cheques are sent for clearing and payment is made after the funds are received, which can take 3-5 days.
Exchange Houses:
Make cash payments of up to AED 35,000 per day through UAE Exchange, Al Rostamani Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange House, and Al Ansari Exchange. Payments will reflect in your credit card account in 2-3 working days.
Pay Bills Online:
As an Emirates Islamic account holder, you can pay your monthly bills online through your online banking service. Visit www.emiratesislamic.ae and log in to your account. Call 600 599995 for assistance to link your credit card with your online banking account.
Online Auto Payment Facility:
Schedule your monthly bill payment using the Auto Payment Transfer facility through your online banking account. This option allows your monthly bill to be automatically deducted from your account at the click of a button.

Get peace of mind with Emirates Islamic RTA Credit Card's Purchase Protection. If any item purchased using the card is stolen, destroyed, or damaged by fire or accident within 90 days of purchase, you are covered for up to US$5,000 per incident, with a maximum of US$20,000 in a year.
