Hii am trying to collect data from philips golway g30 device which is connected in LAN network to the central patient monitoring system using goldway UT4800 device (which is connected to central machine only) and respective bedside device IP addresses.

When i tried on my machice with VSCaptureMP.exe using LAN cable only (without connecting UT4800 device) which was connected to central machice, i am getting error as following - A connection attempt failed.... bec. connection host failed to respond

VSCaptureMP works with the Philips Intellivue protocol used in MX, MP etc series monitors. The Philips Goldway monitor probably works on a different protocol, and has not been coded for at this time. If you do know the interface specifications, that would be helpful.

The G30 and G40 come standard with LAN networking capabilities for facilities looking to create a network with a central monitoring system or require data output in HL7 format. Each monitor stores up to 1200 hours of trend data for each parameter, 600 sets of NIBP readings, and 120 minutes of ECG review data-a great advantage for facilities that don''t have a central monitoring system.

I also have query whether it is possible to extract data from there HL7 LAN port of G30 device with TCP/IP protocol without any request command like Mindray HL7 VitalSignCapture (In this setup getting HL7 data on HL7 request command).

We are not able to extract HL7 data from goldway g30 due to current version

of device software is not having option to export HL7 data from device to

server that server tcp ip listener which capture the device data.

Before proceeding further please confirm that device has support for HL7

data export if not then need to upgrade software version by device support

team & at the same time ask them to provide HL7 data export guide documents.
