Mark Complete The item remains marked with a follow-up flag, however, it appears with a strikethrough. If the To-Do Bar or Tasks is configured to show all tasks and to-do items regardless of whether they are complete or not, the message appears until you delete it from your Mail folders.

In addition to standard ways of clearing the stolen flag on items, there is a glitch that can be exploited for wearable items, as long as you have more than one of the item. In the case of armor, all pieces should be fully repaired so they have identical statistics.

First, remove all arrows from your inventory. Next, steal arrows from an NPC's house (examples include Floyd Nathans, who has iron arrows, and Honditar, who has steel) then repeatedly equip and unequip the stolen arrows. Each time you re-equip them, the count will increase by the number of arrows you initially stole- however, the weight will not increase, allowing you to acquire as many as you wish without becoming over-encumbered. You can then clear the stolen flag using the methods outlined above. Note that after you store the arrows in a container and then take them back out, they will have the correct weight.

This exploit allows you to open any door which can be opened with an appropriate key. To perform this, have a save next to a locked door for which you have the key (the door next to the Goblin in the tutorial is the first you can encounter without other glitches). Open the door, then when the notification tells you that you used the key, open the menu and load another save without closing the dialogue box from the key. This keeps the related flag checked, allowing you to open any key-locked door without owning the key or performing the lockpick minigame until the game is closed, even if you load another save/character, or make a new character.

I came across this 'issue' recently and the solution is to go to edge://flags/ (just type it inside of your search bar). After that, do a search for CORS and soon you'll be presented with Block insecure private network requests flag. All you have to do is to select disable and that's it.

As i have found, selling an item to the merchant and then buying it back doesnt remove the stolen tag. however, there is a glitch which you can use to "refresh" a fence's gold. what you do is you drain him of all his money, save, kill him, and then reload from your save. I play on pc so i find this very quick, as i can use f5 and f9 for quicksave and quickload. As a note, when you kill the merchant, it seems they must "agro" you before dieing, or it will not work. for example, if you kill the fence in the ragged flagon in one hit, she wont start to fight you before she dies (it takes 4 hits or something), when you reload your save, she wont have more money. this way you can sel any stolen goods you have whenever you want without worrying about how much money a fence has.

Whenever you download any file to your hard drive via your browser, Windows automatically flags it as coming from the Internet and potentially dangerous. As a result when you open the respective file, depending on the type, Windows will warn you with a dialog box or prevent the file from executing altogether until you mark it as safe. Have you ever wondered how Windows keeps track of this flag on these files, how you can easily (bulk) remove it on files you know are safe, and/or add this flag (along with the protection it brings) to any file?

It is important to note this is an appropriate warning (for obvious reasons) and Windows rightfully "double checks" or completely blocks files which have this status. However, if you know the files in question are safe, there are a couple of ways to handle removing the status flag, you can do it manually (file by file) or bulk remove it on every file in a directory. Manual Removal Above we showed how to detect this special ADS flag using the command line, however you can easily see and remove this status by viewing the respective file's properties. When a file is flagged as downloaded from the Internet, there is a security warning at the bottom of the General tab. Clicking the Unblock button will remove the downloaded from the Internet status flag (i.e. delete the "Zone.Identifier" ADS) and any warnings and/or blocks associated with it.

Bulk Removal On the other hand if you have a lot of files you want to remove this status flag on, this can be done easily using the Streams utility we utilized above (again, we copied this file to our C:\Windows directory). Open a command prompt in the directory where the files are located. A shortcut to do this is to hold down the Shift key and right click in an empty area in the folder and then select "Open command window here".

An interesting fact about this flag is the text data stored in the "Zone.Identifier" ADS is the same for every file. As a result, you can add an ADS named "Zone.Identifier" with this text to any file and Windows will automatically apply the additional security measures. For example, if we want to add the downloaded from the Internet status back to the XmlNotepad1.msi file, the procedure is easy. Run the command:

Now whenever you run XmlNotepad1.msi or view its properties, the previous warnings will be in place. Again, you can do this with any file: MP3, DOC, CHM, etc. and Windows will treat it as untrusted until the respective flag is removed. Download Streams from Microsoft

An NPC Flag designates the home of the NPC shown on the flag. It is only visible while the housing interface is active. These flags can be placed out of the housing menu into any suitable home. Right-clicking the flag in the home will remove the flag, allowing the player to reassign housing without an empty home. If the home is temporarily made unsuitable, the flag will not necessarily disappear. However, if the home is destroyed, the flag will find a nearby suitable home or disappear. At night, the NPC will stand at the location of their NPC flag within the home.

NPCs that move in on their own will have a regular red flag (except for Town pets, which use a purple flag instead). On the PC version, Console version, Mobile version, tModLoader version, and tModLoader 1.3-Legacy version, if the player assigns them to a home, the banner will have a golden frame. This indicates that if the NPC currently inhabiting the home were to die, the replacement for that NPC would move into that specified home. Due to this, a golden NPC flag will not disappear unless the home it is in is destroyed or the NPC is reassigned.

An easy way to find email messages is to mark them with a flag. When you do, the Flagged mailbox (a type of Smart Mailbox) appears in the Mail sidebar and the Favourites bar and displays messages you flagged.

The Flag Pole is a craftable base structure in DayZ. When fully built with a Flag attached and hoisted, all items in a 60-meter radius within a storage container will not despawn (object lifetime values will be refreshed). The flag position will slowly lower over time but can be easily hoisted or lowered by the player.

The Pole requires one Metal Wire, one Rope, 60 Nails, 3 Wooden logs and a Hammer or Hatchet to build. This will create a long pole and hoist mechanism to raise the flag, and allow for a Flag to be added to the Flag Pole. A Hammer or Hatchet is also required to dismantle the Pole.

With a Flag attached to the Flag Pole, the flag can be raised or lowered. The flag can be fully raised in five actions. The Flag can only be taken into the player's hands if it is at its lowest position. Currently the flag position will lower automatically over 45 days, and will require re-hoisting to keep the Flag Pole active.

The flagpole when a flag is raised will refresh the lifetime of objects within a 60m radius every 5 days. Fences, Watchtowers and Tents have a despawn time of 45 days, but when combined with a flagpole, could last up to 90 days without interaction or refreshing.

In addition to feathers, you will have to find 101 Borgia flags throughout Rome. The reward for finding all 101 flags is the Borgia Cape. Keep in mind, there are also Borgia Flags hidden throughout the Romulus Shrines. You can buy maps for all the flags in Rome, but not for the Lairs. The video below shows where to get the you can get the flags within the lairs.

Many of the modifications made are creative and fun, but one user decided to choose hate and made a mod that changed the Pride flags featured in the game, based in New York City, to the American stars and stripes flag.

World of Warships, a naval combat arcade simulator, has received some criticism regarding the Japanese Rising Sun flag being flow on Japanese warships in-game. As a result they're going to replace it with the official national flag of Japan instead.

The petition gained over 40,000 signatures in an attempt to have the flag removed. That petition was successful, and a moderator from Wargaming.net's forums confirmed that they'll be replacing it with the national Japanese flag in the future, so as to avoid any conflict.

It's important to know that the Rising Sun flag is still flown in Japan with pride. It's the naval ensign, or flag that indicates nationality, and is even used by the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces as well. It can be seen on any number of products in Japan, from Asahi beer, to the Asahi taxi cabs. That flag is also a token of good luck for fishermen.
