The correct Vehicle Pi's baud rate is 500 kbps

When setting up the communication with the Vehicle Pi, please use 500 kbps baud rate. The baud rate was incorrectly specified as 115200 bps in the vehiclepi-programming-manual.pdf. The documentation will reflect that in the next SDK version.
