The GPS antenna is on the left side, near by the 3 LEDs. Here are 2 images when the device is disassembled and in its assembled form. If you have disassembled the device, the GPS antenna is connected to the small chip on the upper left corner with the label "quectel" on it. Make sure you screw firmly the SMA connectors so that the pin inside is in good contact. Also avaoid detaching the u.fl to SMA pigtail connectors, because they may loosen up and the contact to the GPS/GSM antennas broken.
