I can't use VI-Suite on Windows 11.

Hi.

I am using Blender and VI-suite installed on Windows 11 to create and study models. I have confirmed that it is working correctly. openFOAM is using dicehub/openFOAM-12. To be more detailed, VI-Suite is vi-suite07-vi-suite07_beta6.zip (2025/02/25 downloaded) and blender-4.2.6-windows-x64
(2025/02/25 downloaded).

I installed the latest version on a laptop running Windows 11 that a friend gave me. blender-4.2.9-windows-x64, the currently uploaded vi-suite07-vi-suite07_beta6.zip, and dicehub/openFOAM-12. I tried to set up the environment for use with dicehub/openFOAM-12, but when I install the vi-suite on blender, the attached image is displayed and the installation of the VI-suite fails.

I've tried the Blender 4.2.9 windows zip file with beta6 and I cannot replicate. 

I will need the contents of system console, which you can view by selecting 'Window - Toggle System Console'  in the Blender menu.
