I will upload the error log from when I ran pikaur -S openfoam-org.

output.zip is a compressed version of the log.

Ah, I see.

Arch has recently updated cmake, which does not work with parmetis-git.

Download the attached PKGBUILD file to a directory. Navigate to that directory with a terminal, and in the terminal type makepkg -fsri

This should build and install a modified parmetis-git, and then you should be able to install openfoam-org.
