(Question) Hello. I have one computer and installed Arch Linux. It has 8 GB of memory and a 256 GB internal SSD. On this, I installed Blender 4.3 and everything else I need according to what is described in 2.1.1 Arch linux in VI_0_6.pdf. However, it hangs at the point of installing VI-Suite. Please tell me what is wrong.

As far as i recall, the support is per now for Blender 4.2. Can you confirm if you have tried to install the plugin with this version of Blender?

[VI-Suite]

It looks like you don't have matplotlib installed. Have you installed Blender via Pacman? If so, have you installed python-matplotlib via Pacman too?

Here is the list of packages to install with Pacman if installing Blender with Pacman.
