Python Libraries Windows Install VI suite 0.7 - blender says no internet to download them

Hi Thanks for such an amazing project!
sorry to raise this , but i'm having difficulty with installation.
I believe i have done all the things with WSL and docker image etc.
Blender  says it cannot DL python libraries as per screen shot...vi python issue.jpg

Blender preferences has internet connection available, and can download other add ons

Is it possible to configure python libraries via a different method? 

system - win11on amd64, blender 4.2, visuite 0.7

Looks like it installed fine.
That error message can be ignored. Old legacy code.
VI-Suite has never required WSL. You might want to familiarise yourself with the user manual.

...scratch that, i now see that i have option to do some stuff in edit mode(gridify)  and i can see vi suite under object properties.  not sure why i thought i needed WSL ,i think that i thought it was prerequisite of docker , sorry for that, cheers ben

Thanks, but no v-i tools/ menus are viable when I open right side menu (n)... Cheers
