Can Food Collecting

Hi there!

Last year we collected can food and non-perishable items for families for Thanksgiving.  All were blessed who received these food items.

We feel impressed again to do the can food drive. We know this month is very busy, but this does not take much effort.  We will hand out the flyers and paper bags on Tuesday, November 15th for our Pathfinder meeting.  We will collect the non-perishables on Sabbath, November 19th right after church.  Then, on Sunday November 20th we will put the boxes together for those families we will give them to.  All will be distributed by November 22nd.

If you know a family that would be blessed to have this please give us the names, how many people in the family, and the address. Also, for those church members who know a family OR want to help put the boxes together let us know. We were so happy for the help last year.  Also, if you want to contribute fresh baked breads and/or fruit for the boxes that would be wonderful too.
