VHS - Upcoming Recurring Meetings

Hello, Everyone!

This is the first message being sent to this list, and it is to let everyone know that we are working on creating a recurring weekly meeting (or other frequency, if people prefer that) for the general VHS community at large.  This will currently be a single meeting to discuss anything from technical capabilities to project management to the renaming effort, and also to help build up the community around the project.  We will also be creating some central google docs for additional communication that will have permissions tied to this mailing list.  Those will be coming before the first meeting.

I created a poll to find out when the best times are for this meeting (Bounded by 8am Pacific and 5pm Eastern), ideally starting the week of January 18th. Please go vote on it.  https://doodle.com/poll/cheh4dbuvkyd9zgz?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link

Hello, Everyone!

Thank you to everyone who responded to our poll regarding meeting times!  We did give some extra time in the polling, but after looking at the responses, it seems that the best time for the most people will be Mondays at 9:00 PST / 12:00 EST / 17:00 UTC.  

So, the first meeting will be this coming Monday, February 1st.  An invite will be going out to this list shortly with a recurring invite to that meeting, a Zoom link, and a link to a shared Google Doc for agenda/minutes. (We're still sorting out the GDoc permissions, though)

I look forward to seeing everyone on Zoom next week!
