Poll: New Meeting Time

Hello, All.

It turns out that, since previously voting on the meeting time, several contributors have come up against other time conflicts, so... we're having another poll to determine a new meeting time.  Options were selected to accommodate our contributors as far West as Pacific time, and as far East as Germany, so the overlap is... not huge.
