Job Description:
• A combination of education, training and experience to gain
knowledge and skills generally equivalent to those typically possessed
by a college graduate.
• Typically possess 2 to 5 years of Helpdesk or IT customer service
experience, demonstrated experience supporting a multiple platform
Primarily Window XP and UNIX and AIX.
• Demonstrated knowledge and Domino users problems.
• Demonstrated of isolating and resolving problems related to Mcafee
Anti Virus, IE-6 and remote access service such Cisco Dialup, VPN,
wireless devices ad wireless network networking.
• Knowledge if Ethernet, Tivoli Remote Control and TCP/IP.
Responsibilities :
• Email and Collaboration specialist is primary point of Contact for
customer with corresponding issues that has been escalated from IT
Service Desk Tech.
• The specialist is responsible for prompt , professional and
courteous interaction with client as well as clear the typical
responsibilities will include ; 80% customer service phone by using
Pregrine , Tivoli Remote Control Agent and using documentation from
IBM lotus notes.

Preferences :
Lotus 8.5.1 with Bachelors Degree
