Osticket installion problem

Dear All,
I am trying to installed Osticket in RHEL4 I have configured Mysql
with help of mysql gui tool, PHP also working,

My problem is I am not able to logging in admin control penal there is
one error showing in the page that I have attached error 1.png and
error.png,
I have check the httpd log the error is below …

Make sure "/var/lib/php/session/" is a writable directory or set session.save_path in the php.ini file to a writable directory.

example: session.save_path = "/tmp".

For removing I have reconfigured all the files as per your attached document but it’s same problem the httpd log files as below

The mysql server version is 4.1.7 and PHP version is 4.3.9

Permissions of include foder and ost-config.php file as below

drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Apr 6 13:13 include

-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 1484 Apr 6 13:13 ost-config.php

When I was open the support in browser it is giving error on page header as attached file.

Please help me as soon as posible …

As earlier i said,

Make sure "/var/lib/php/session/" is a writable directory or set session.save_path in the php.ini file to a writable directory.

After getting help of group member the Osticket has been started, but I don’t understand how to configured alert after posted ticket by users and how to create reports
