gtalk with voice chat for Ubuntu

Could u pls suggest a tool for Ubuntu Gtalk along  wit voice chat-  tried to dwnld  tapioca..but no active links...PLS help !

If you have the latest , ie Karmic, then it ships with empathy which has the voice support.
