how to sender's name in email going to external domain in zimbra

Friends, I have zimbra configured on mail.xyzenergy.in. I have configured smtp relay to external domain which is mail.xyzenergy.co.in local zimbra use are able to send mail to outside domain but when outsider receive the mail, mail shows original sender's name.
