Nagios with SNMP

Hi vglug group,

I installed Centos 8 and install Nagios core 4.4 with SNMP but I don't know how to configure with SNMP, my environment having windows server, Linux server AND Cisco routers and switches so please if you send me all of devices and windows server sample configuration file, it's more help full me,I lots of try Google but not getting proper solution
