In Depth knowledge of below key area:
Ø HPE DL Servers ( Physical Server )
Ø Virtualization
Ø LINUX OS Management
Ø Backup Solution
Ø Storage Management ( 3PAR)
Ø Network Management
TAM Responsibility:
Ø Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Ø Primary contract point for Customer and their application team for HPE SAP infra support.
Ø Collaborate with Customers and their service partner/Vendor.
Ø Collaboration with OEM ITOC, DCC , Warranty, CoE team.
Ø Daily administration for VMware and Operating system and business as usual.
Ø Perform Incident Management, Request Management & Capacity reporting.
Ø Escalation Management.
Ø Daily incident/Operation Report.
Ø Weekly Status Report.
Ø SLA Reports.
Ø Resolving pending issues/calls etc. Critical incident review.
Review meeting
Ø Operation team è TAM
Ø Weekly Review è TAM
Ø Monthly Review è TAM & ADM(Account Delivery Manager)
