PS/2 mouse not working

Hi Friends,
I am using ps2 mouse and keyboard via kvm switch in
RHEL 5.when my system boot both are not working.but after when os boot
up key board is working , still mous eis not working.

if i attach mouse and keyboard direct to pc is working nicely.

pls guide me.
