Syslog Server in Linux

Dear members,

I want to configure syslog server which collect router/switches interface up-down log Also collect Audit log of user login/logout so please guide me which is best linux base syslog server which fulfill my requirement and also genrate report of collected Log.

For Collecting Logs you just have to point your client logs to syslog server.
