Zimbra 8.0.3 Issue

Hello Friends,

I am facing issue last few days with my zimbra server. its working very weird. 

sometimes its drop connection, and automatic reconnect it with Email Client.
and sometimes required to restart zimbra services then after its working properly. 

Kindly help for it. 

Found log is:

Jan 30 08:41:03 01 postfix/error[58190]: EA7AA122BB6: to=<EMAILID>, relay=none, delay=10, delays=0.02/10/0/0.01, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with Mailservername[xx.xx.xx.xx] while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once)

Hi,

It looks like there is connection break when your Zimba server is sending data of mail after establishing connection with remote SMTP server. There might be many reason like remote server is busy with multiple request, load on server, network problem, etc. Most probablely problem is with remote server.

Also, check with network connectivity at your end. This mails which are in deferred state will be sent later or discarded depending on your mail server setting for mail queues.

Hi,

When I was restart service its display warning issue in zimbra server, might be this can be the issue  ??

Yes, I checked it, but i want to know due to this reason is it possible that we continuously disconnected from our mail server. ?
