Backup/restore help in Zimbra Open Source Edition

Hi All,

 I have configured Zimbra Open Source Edition on my RHEL Server it working fine.

Following query related Backup/Restore of mail box/ mails  

How can to take  backup on the zimbra mail server is any future in Open Source Edition ?

How to create send/recev restriction policy to particular domain in zimbra ?

Where I can find mails logs in zimbra ?
