Thank you guys so much for being so involved last night during our first meeting! I can definitely tell this year we have some of the best officers VGDC has ever seen!
Also I would like to thank Masana for offering to help out the programming officers with their workshops and welcome Josh as he will be helping out with some audio workshops.
WORKSHOPS IN NEWSLETTER
If you are setting up a workshop/jam/speaker for next week please email me the details of the event by Sunday night so that I can send it to all of our members by Monday night at 7pm. If you do not have all of the details of who/where/when by that time, you probably should not be having the workshop that week.

Same rules will apply for following weeks as well. I'll try my best to remember which workshop is when, but there is just so much going on it would be much better to have it on record in email form so we can be sure the information gets out to people who are interested in the club.
REVIEWING PITCHES
Once all of the pitches are sent in Sunday night, I will create an excel sheet online where each of us can vote on whether or not we believe that pitch should be approved or not and why. The excel sheet will be available on Monday. Please try to have it completed by later that night.
If there are any ties we can sort it out later, but once the 10 solid pitches are approved for next meeting Connor will contact each member on Tuesday telling them if their pitch was approved or not and create the order in which each pitch will be presented at the meeting.

Most likely it will be the same time and place of the first meeting unless we somehow get lucky and a lecture hall is given to us before Monday.

I'm planning on hosting an intro to Photoshop workshop in the game lab on Friday 10/17 at 4:00PM. Hopefully no conflict with you design guys since you guys said you'll be doing yours at around noon iirc
