Subject: Space Game Lunch meeting 11/20/14

Dear Billy -
We will host a free lunch meeting next week for the new team that will develop a Space Based Video Game.
We will meet at noon in the Phoenix Grill on Thursday 11/20/14.
Attendance is by invitation only, and you are invited since you signed up with us at the VGDC and might be a member of the new team..
Please reply to let me know if you can join us for lunch sometime between noon and 2:00PM on Thursday.

What: 1st Space Based Video Game developer team meeting
Where: Phoenix Grill on UCI Campus (next to the Engineering Tower)
When:  12:00PM Thur, 11/20/14
Who:    Game Developers

If you choose to come, I will email you copies of the Game Development Documents (GDD's) to examine.
Our team will discuss these GDD's and choose a game or games to develop over the coming year.
